Ben Lotstein, MS, LMFT
My name is Ben Lotstein and I’m an individual, couples, and family therapist (Colorado- MFT.0002395) based out of Fort Collins, CO. Over the last ten years I’ve had the pleasure of working in outpatient, in-home, and wilderness settings. I received my Master’s of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University. When I’m not in the office, you might find me spending time with friends and family, out biking or running, meditating, or enjoying/making art and music.
I work with individuals, couples, and families seeking to overcome stress, anxiety, and depression in order to get something more out of life. I’ll help you develop a deep sense of peace and direction by tapping into your innate ability to feel what’s happening within and around you rather than solely thinking about it. This work leads to a sense of ease that comes from letting go of the resistance to that which we must go through—whether painful or pleasant.
Whether you are in a long-term, committed relationship or just starting one, the work we'll do will support you in moving beyond conflicts and emotional disconnection to a more intimate, loving relationship.
I’m so glad that you’ve made your way here, and I’d love to connect to see how I can support you moving forward in your process.
